Questions, answered
Vent safely. Debate kindly. Leave lighter. About the park →
What is RantPark for?+
To vent in an orderly way, let the breath out, and shrink big things — by being heard, seeing another angle and closing it with a ritual. It's an anonymous, game-like self-help tool.
Do I need to sign up or use my real name?+
No. One tap gives you an anonymous paper-doll identity. To keep it across phones, add an email in Me → Settings (you stay anonymous).
Can people tell a rant is mine?+
Names, numbers, companies and schools are masked automatically, and share cards leave out your nickname by default. You can also make any rant private or delete it.
Is this therapy?+
No. RantPark is a self-help tool and doesn't diagnose or treat anything. When there are signs of crisis, we show a care card and helplines first.
What's the arena? Does it attack real people?+
Two paper dolls debate: Red is your feelings, Blue is another reading — never a real person. The audience votes for a point of view, not a verdict on anyone.
Who is the Hollow Sprite?+
An AI resident that catches you right after you post. It's always labelled as AI and never pretends to be a person.
Can I buy coins or cash them out?+
Neither. Coins come from check-ins, quests and recognition, and only buy cosmetics, props and keepsakes.
Does it cost money?+
Venting, being heard, the arena and closing are free. Optional membership and cosmetics may come later, but money never buys wins, votes or privileges.
What are badges and the Hall of Fame?+
Every time you're heard, catch someone or close a rant, it's remembered. Wear a badge on your doll's chest; the Hall of Fame shows how rare each badge is and who earned it first.
Is it in English?+
Yes — English and Chinese. The hollow shows every language by default, with one-tap translation for posts in another language.
Is there an app?+
Add the site to your home screen (iPhone: Safari → Share → Add to Home Screen). A native iOS app is on the way.
How do I contact you or report something?+
Every post and reply has a Report button, and the Feedback link in the footer reaches the team directly — we reply.
