Terms of Service

1. Who can use RantPark

You must be at least 16 years old. By entering the park you confirm that you are, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Park Charter

The Park Charter (/rules) is part of these Terms. In particular:

• Emotions are welcome; identifying real people is not. No names, workplaces, schools, screenshots or other details that point to a real person, and no doxxing, harassment, threats or hate.
• Arenas are debates between paper dolls. The other side never stands for a real person, and props only ever hit paper dolls.
• Off-site sharing is always anonymous and masked.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you write. You give RantPark a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, mask, moderate and adapt it inside the park so the service can work.
• Broadcast consent: when you open an arena or apply to join one, you agree that the arena — your statements, votes and reactions, shown under your park nickname and doll — may be streamed, replayed, clipped and shared as anonymous highlights, inside and outside the park. You can delete your account at any time; clips are then taken down together with your statements.
• You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything you don’t have the right to share.

4. Moderation

We use automatic masking, community reports, a resident jury and human moderators. We may mask, hide or remove content, apply cool-downs, mutes or bans, and close accounts that break these Terms or the Charter. You can appeal moderation decisions in the app.

5. Park coins and items

• Park coins, props and outfits are a game feature with no cash value. They cannot be cashed out, sold, transferred outside the park or exchanged for real money, and they end when your account ends.
• There are no real-money purchases during the beta. If paid features arrive later, they will only sell expression (looks, keepsakes), never advantages, and will come with their own terms.

6. AI features and wellbeing

AI characters can be wrong. They are not medical, legal, financial or mental-health advice.

RantPark is not a crisis service. If you might hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or a helpline (for example 988 in the US & Canada, Samaritans 116 123 in the UK & Ireland, Lifeline 13 11 14 in Australia, or findahelpline.com).

7. Beta

RantPark is in beta. Features may change or disappear, and things may break. We back up data daily but can’t promise nothing will ever be lost.

8. Liability

RantPark is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to 50 US dollars. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

9. Ending

You can delete your account at any time from Me → Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.

10. Changes and contact

If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will update the date and ask you to agree again. Questions: use the Feedback button.
